• Leadership role along with managing and strategizing and developing team for business generation
• Heading the govt sales team in development of business via Government bodies, Institutional, Medical Government/ PSUs, Medical Institutes, Hospitals etc
• Strategizing for business generation, Driving Government Sales business development
• New Market Development through team
• Generation of business by maintaining relations with the departmental official, whether Government, PSU, Institutes, Medical Departments, government Hospital etc.
• Liaisoning with government official for registration with New department as well as working with existing relationships
• Business from PWD, CPWD, Ministries, Railways or any government bodies for getting business or projects for Government departments
• Team Leader doing large scale projects or big ticket orders from various Government businesses and departments.
• Maintaining and sustaining government bodies relationship like with AE, JE or similar person from bottom to top for business generation.
• Generating and supporting the company's in increasing its business growth by your contribution of sales growth
• Generating & Maintaining business and managing the Key Accounts as well as generation of Key Accounts
• There is no bar in pitching to the right department as furniture is needed by all departments, but a market intelligence to procure contacts with the right department is needed in the Sales professional whether at entry level, Manager Level or Leadership role

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team for liaising relationship with govt bodies like Govt Department(PWD/CPWD), Ministries, Railways, Defence, PSU’s, NBCC, Hospital bodies, Institutes, Medical Institutes etc.
• Scope of business generation is unlimited from any department, just initiation and market intelligence in the sales personnel should be there to pursue and close business
• Should have a knack of developing and strategizing for acquiring maximum business and if Managerial or leadership role, a skill for making team work for business growth.
• Proficient in communication whether Hindi or English both is fine but excellent in conviction.
• Knowledge of working on MS. office will be an added advantage
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Should be able to communicate effectively in writing.
