We are looking for a Corporate-B2B Head Sales who will be responsible for driving sales growth in the corporate market by developing strong relationships with corporate clients, increasing bulk orders, and exploring new business opportunities.
This role involves strategizing and executing sales plans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to boost revenue, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth in the corporate market by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business and bulk orders.3. Identify potential corporate clients, pitch Organization products, and secure long-term partnerships.4. Collaborate with external markets and stakeholders to boost sales and explore new revenue streams.5. Facilitate and oversee bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, and employee programs.6. Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sales goals with company objectives.7. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business expansion.8. Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 10-15 years in corporate sales, preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or FMCG sector.
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
