Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to achieve high customer service standards.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
