Guest Relations & Social Media Executive

Role summary:We’re seeking a proactive professional with strong hospitality and communication skills to assist daily operations and elevate our brand online. You’ll welcome guests and clients, manage schedules and coordination, and design/post engaging content across social channels. Curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Guest relations: Greet visitors, manage front‑desk queries, coordinate meetings and events, ensure a warm, professional experience, handle guests at events.
  • Communication: Draft emails, handle calls and messages, prepare brief reports, maintain clear internal updates.
  • Assistant duties: Calendar management, travel and logistics, vendor follow‑ups, basic documentation, and task tracking.
  • Social media design & posting: Create simple graphics, reels, and posts; write captions; schedule content; monitor comments/DMs.
  • Brand presence: Keep profiles updated, collect photos/videos from events, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Learning & growth: Explore new tools for design, automation, and analytics; implement improvements based on data, should be open and flexible to learn new things and explore new aspects.

Requirements

  • Education/Experience: Graduate with 1–3 years in hospitality, admin, or social media; freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.
  • Skills: Excellent English/Hindi communication, client handling, basic Canva/Figma skills, Instagram/LinkedIn familiarity, MS/Google Workspace.
  • Traits: Detail‑oriented, organised, positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Location: On‑site in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Gurgaon City, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
