Job Title: Marketing Manager (Growth-Focused Role) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ Years in Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Marketing Analytics Let’s Be Real. You’re here to drive measurable growth, shape brand perception, and play a key role in building something big. We’re looking for a sharp, performance-driven Marketing Manager to join Evallo , working closely with the Founder’s Office. This role goes beyond execution—it’s about owning growth, optimizing outreach, and making bold decisions that influence business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing This is a high-impact role at the intersection of performance marketing, brand building, and data-driven decision making. You’ll take full ownership of marketing efforts while staying lean, fast, and creative. Performance Marketing: Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid and organic channels. You’ll focus on driving qualified leads, conversions, and engagement. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and make data-informed decisions. You’ll report directly to the CEO on what’s working and what’s not. Social Media Management: Lead content strategy and execution across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Craft a unique and consistent voice for Evallo. Content Writing: Write high-quality content (blogs, newsletters, landing pages, email campaigns). Clean grammar and sharp storytelling are a must. Be ready to share samples of your past work. PR & Outreach: Identify earned media opportunities, draft press releases, and manage influencer/partner outreach to expand brand visibility. Customer-Facing Presentations: Represent the company to clients and partners. Deliver presentations with clarity and confidence. Web & Design: Collaborate on landing pages, marketing sites, and campaign visuals. Basic web design skills or comfort using tools like Webflow or Canva is a plus. Tech Fluency: Familiarity with basic coding, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools is a major bonus. Who This Role is For You have 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing. You’re comfortable wearing many hats and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment. You’re analytical and creative—equally excited about A/B testing as you are about building a brand narrative. You’re self-motivated , performance-focused, and have a builder’s mindset. You’re confident in your writing, visual thinking, and ability to present ideas that drive decisions. You’re not afraid of accountability, and you move fast with clarity .
