Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Growth Specialist at Denzour Nutrition. The Growth Specialist will be responsible for implementing growth hacking strategies, sales initiatives, project management, and communication efforts to drive the company's expansion and market reach. Key Responsibilities : Marketplace Management : Oversee Denzour product listings and brand presence on Indian and overseas marketplaces. Ensure optimal product positioning to drive visibility and organic traffic. Organic Visibility & SEO : Develop and implement strategies to increase organic visibility for Denzour products both in India and overseas. Regularly perform keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis to ensure top rankings. Operations Management : Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketplace accounts, including order management, customer service, promotions, and account health. Ensure timely fulfillment and manage issues related to returns, refunds, and customer satisfaction. · Inventory and Sales Management : Plan and manage inventory sales across platforms, including managing Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations. Work closely with the merchandising team to forecast demand and prevent stockouts. · Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and manage a large team to drive performance and achieve growth targets. Develop a strong team culture focused on growth and customer success. · Advertising & Campaigns : Develop and execute advertising strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces, including Amazon A+ content, brand stores, Amazon Posts, and other initiatives. Regularly monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI. · Market and Competition Analysis : Conduct ongoing market trend analysis and competitive research to inform campaign strategies and product listings. Adapt strategies based on competition and market shifts. · Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the merchandising, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Plan and eliminate bottlenecks in the customer purchase lifecycle. · Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy : Develop and drive the GTM calendar to ensure timely execution of key milestones and campaigns. Monitor performance against objectives and adjust strategies as needed. · Digital Marketing : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, WhatsApp, etc.). Build and maintain Denzour's social media presence to drive engagement and brand awareness. · Performance Tracking & Reporting : Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, tracking ROI and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimize spending and performance for continued growth. · Creative Growth Strategies : Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to expand Denzour’s marketplace presence. Plan and execute experiments and conversion tests to enhance customer acquisition and retention. · User Experience Optimization : Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, user funnels, and overall customer experience. Identify critical conversion and drop-off points, and implement strategies to improve funnel performance. · Collaboration & Vendor Management : Work with external agencies and vendor partners to execute initiatives and optimize performance. Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on Denzour's growth. · Thought Leadership : Provide thought leadership on marketplace growth and digital marketing strategies. Lead discussions on adopting new strategies and technologies to stay ahead in a competitive market. Requirements : Proven experience as a Growth Manager or similar role, with a focus on D2C marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Expertise in managing marketplace accounts and driving organic growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Experience in managing and optimizing Amazon FBA and similar marketplace fulfillment systems. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and best practices. Experience in running paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, etc.) and analyzing their ROI. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to adapt to changing market demands and strategies. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and international e-commerce platforms. Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
