• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon Ads platforms
• Manage full-funnel marketing strategies - Awareness, Consideration, Conversion
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
• A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product positioning
• Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to execute ad strategies
• Track daily performance and create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actions
• Manage retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience strategies
• Monitor competitor performance and market trends to stay ahead of the curve
• Minimum 6 Months of experience in performance marketing (Amazon Ads)
• Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of digital KPIs
• Experience in D2C, personal care, or e-commerce brands
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or Amazon Seller Central
