Role Overview

D2C Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end D2C order journey:

  Shopify → OMS → WMS → Delivery

• Work on

  EasyEcom

  ,

  Unicommerce

  , or similar OMS platforms
• Coordinate with delivery aggregators (ClickPost, WareIQ, etc.) and courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.)
• Monitor order flow and ensure timely pickups, dispatches, and deliveries
• Handle order exceptions and resolve escalations proactively
• Maintain operational dashboards, track KPIs, and identify improvement areas
• Liaise with customer support and warehouse teams for smooth execution

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in D2C/eCommerce operations
• Strong understanding of OMS/WMS systems and order fulfillment
• Experience with Shopify and third-party courier integrations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards
