Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our D2C team at FIG Living. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across order management, logistics, inventory tracking, and customer experience. The role requires coordination with internal teams, warehouse staff, courier partners, and customer support to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position offers strong exposure to end-to-end D2C operations with clear growth pathways into managerial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage daily orders via platforms like Shopify, Uniware, and Shiprocket to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inward/outward movements, and reconcile inventory at warehouses. Logistics Coordination: Work with courier partners to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Customer Experience: Support resolution of customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns in collaboration with the customer support team. Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging for defects before dispatch to maintain FIG Living’s quality standards. Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain operational dashboards, share daily/weekly MIS reports, and suggest workflow improvements for efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (D2C/e-commerce experience preferred). Familiarity with operational tools like Uniware, Shiprocket OMS, or similar order management systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and external partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
