About the Role:

Influencer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute

  Instagram influencer marketing strategies

  to drive awareness and engagement.
• Identify, approach, and onboard

  micro, macro, nano, CAT A & CAT B influencers

  aligned with our brand.
• Negotiate

  collaborations, deliverables, and campaign costs

  effectively to ensure ROI.

• Plan and execute creative campaigns

  , reels, stories, and influencer-generated content.
• Optimize

  hashtag and posting strategies

  to maximize reach and engagement.

• Engage with followers

  and influencer audiences to nurture community and loyalty.

• Monitor, track & analyze campaign performance

  using Instagram insights & analytics tools.
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly reports

  highlighting KPIs, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with

  content, design & performance marketing teams

  for integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated on

  social media & influencer trends

  to keep campaigns innovative.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing & Instagram strategy
• Strong understanding of trends, analytics & ROI-based campaigns
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
