Growth Specialist

Role Overview: Bewakoof School is seeking a Co-Founder who is not only willing to invest capital but also co-own the mission, steer strategic direction, and contribute expertise in various key areas such as Startup Building & Scaling, Fundraising & Investor Relations, Operations & Growth Strategy, Product Development (EdTech/Community platforms), Education/Upskilling Sector Knowledge, and Community Building/Startup Ecosystem Partnerships. The ideal candidate will be ready to invest not just financially but also dedicate time, energy, and strategic leadership to the venture. Key Responsibilities: - Bringing seed/early-stage investment to kickstart operations - Collaborating to architect and shape the core product with an online/offline model - Establishing a robust founding team and fostering an organizational culture - Developing partnerships with accelerators, VCs, and startup communities - Working closely with the Founder to drive strategy, growth, and execution - Acting as a representative of the brand, motivating and inspiring the next wave of entrepreneurs Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience and expertise in one or more of the specified areas: Startup Building & Scaling, Fundraising & Investor Relations, Operations & Growth Strategy, Product Development (EdTech/Community platforms), Education/Upskilling Sector Knowledge, or Community Building/Startup Ecosystem Partnerships - Willingness to invest not only financially but also time, energy, and strategic leadership - Alignment with the mission of "To Make India Great Again" through fearless entrepreneurship If you resonate with the ethos of entrepreneurship, education, and execution, and are prepared to actively contribute to the growth of Bewakoof School, we look forward to connecting with you.,
