About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Growth Strategy:

    Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase engagement, and improve retention across all channels, including paid, organic, and referral programs.
  • Performance Marketing:

    Build, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks) with a focus on achieving measurable ROI.
  • Conversion Optimization:

    Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Content teams to create, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experimentation:

    Lead growth experiments across the entire user journey, from funnel optimizations and A/B testing to piloting new marketing channels and technologies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Establish and maintain clear data dashboards to track key metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and campaign performance. Translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Brand Alignment:

    Partner with the Brand and Creative teams to ensure all growth initiatives are authentic, simple, and consistent with the company’s brand voice and identity.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Growth or Performance Marketing role, preferably within a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Fintech, or Consumer Technology company.
  • Digital Expertise:

    Deep functional knowledge of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and growth loop principles.
  • Mindset:

    A combination of creative storytelling ability and a strong, data-first analytical approach (comfortable working extensively with data and spreadsheets).
  • Work Style:

    Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, and highly iterative environment where constant experimentation is necessary.
  • Bonus Experience:

    Prior experience in Healthtech, managing subscription-based models, or working in the Fintech industry is a plus.
