About the Role We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. You will be instrumental in scaling our business by building and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring a clear return on investment (ROI). This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical rigor, and a hands-on approach to experimentation. Key Responsibilities Customer Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase engagement, and improve retention across all channels, including paid, organic, and referral programs. Performance Marketing: Build, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks) with a focus on achieving measurable ROI. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Content teams to create, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and user funnels. Experimentation: Lead growth experiments across the entire user journey, from funnel optimizations and A/B testing to piloting new marketing channels and technologies. Mindset: A combination of creative storytelling ability and a strong, data-first analytical approach (comfortable working extensively with data and spreadsheets).
