Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking a

You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to elevate brand visibility, grow engaged audiences, and translate awareness into tangible business results across both B2B and B2C initiatives.

This role offers significant growth potential as the organization expands globally.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Growth & Digital Presence

  • Lead digital growth across all major platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Medium).
  • Manage the social media presence of executive leadership, including content planning and engagement.
  • Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with organizational priorities (e.g., Davos, UNGA, Climate Week).
  • Maintain impeccable attention to brand consistency, tone, and professionalism across all channels.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage email campaigns, audience segmentation, and analytics to support B2C and B2B goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Establish and optimize marketing automation workflows to drive engagement and conversions.

Analytics & Growth Optimization

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across web, social, and email.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations.

Sales & Business Development Alignment

  • Align marketing activities with business development goals.
  • Design and manage lead-generation campaigns that contribute to sales pipelines.
  • Refine product positioning and messaging to maximize market resonance.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or communications (preferably in impact-driven or knowledge-based organizations).
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and email marketing tools.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills tailored for business, policy, or leadership audiences.

  • Excellent attention to detail and content accuracy.

  • Experience managing high-profile executive or thought-leadership communications.

  • Understanding of

    B2B/B2C funnels, analytics, and conversion optimization.
