Role Overview

part-time CRM Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records and lead data in HubSpot and Pipedrive.
• Build and segment lead lists for marketing and sales outreach.
• Set up and manage light automation workflows such as:
• Follow-up reminders
• Email triggers
• Task creation flows
• Perform regular deduplication and data clean-up to ensure CRM hygiene.
• Handle import/export of CSV files and assist with syncing tools as needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with both

  HubSpot

  and

  Pipedrive

• Excellent attention to detail when handling lead lists and CRM records.
• Ability to set up basic automations (e.g., workflows, task triggers, reminders).
• Familiarity with

• Strong written communication skills in English.
