  • Work with the founding team to drive awareness, demand, and engagement for our product
  • Closely collaborate on defining and executing the GTM strategy and high-growth initiatives - including brand positioning, messaging, and distribution

  • Get exposure to critical business areas including strategy, hiring, product, fundraising

💪 Responsibilities

  • Drive GTM strategy, including planning and execution of product launches & campaigns
  • Develop a strong brand/product positioning across channels that resonates with our core audiences: mid-career professionals across various sectors
  • Build and implement our content, creative campaigns, and online event strategies - to drive user acquisition, engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with SEO/AEO & content specialists on blog, web copy, and other content to drive organic traffic and bring the product to life with compelling narratives
  • Analyze user behavior and participate in user research interviews to discover new insights
  • Track the right metrics to measure awareness, adoption and overall success of our platform
  • Enhance landing pages and platform features to drive conversions and guide product decisions based on your knowledge of the user/market
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, competitive landscape, and be an in-house expert on careertech


😎 About You

Skills / Experience:

  • 4-6 years' experience in Growth Marketing and hyperscaling users/revenues in 0-1 and 1-10 environments, ideally at a consumer tech startup
  • Highly experienced in defining the overall marketing strategy and roadmap
  • Proficient in implementing a multi-channel demand generation plan
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, especially visual content (infographics, shorts, etc), and execution across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Deep experience in SEO/SEM to boost organic and paid traffic, site ranking, and CTR on online ads
  • Experience in virtual events and conversion funnels that drive registrations, engagement, and conversion to paid customers
  • Experience in setting and tracking success metrics for acquisition, engagement and conversion
  • Deep understanding of our target audience and products in careertech space is good to have
