Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-facing presence.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, inside sales, or customer success, preferably within SaaS, tech, or PropTech sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimisation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with a growth-oriented, experimental mindset.
• Excellent written English with the ability to create clear, engaging marketing content.
