🌐 About the Role – Growth Marketing Manager
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of V4 COMPANY’s digital acquisition ecosystem across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, TikTok, and additional paid channels.
You will build and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies, experiment relentlessly, optimize performance, and scale campaigns across international markets — starting with EMEA and South Asia.
You are both a strategist and a hands-on executor, comfortable navigating large budgets and making data-driven decisions that directly impact company revenue.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Funnel Growth
Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Manage high-impact budgets of €50K–€200K+/month, ensuring strong ROAS, stable CAC, and improving LTV.
Campaign Management & Optimization
Build scalable campaign structures and automation workflows.
Implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, bidding, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
Continuously refine performance by analyzing data and user behavior.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand, Creative, Product, and E-commerce teams to align performance goals with company-wide objectives.
Work closely with designers & content teams to brief/produce high-converting creative assets.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Use analytics to influence strategic decisions — not just report numbers.
Build dashboards and performance insights using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and data platforms.
Own forecasting, media planning, pipeline tracking, and performance modeling.
International Scaling
Lead the growth expansion roadmap into EMEA and South Asia markets.
Tailor campaigns based on market maturity, demographic insights, and localized behaviors.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
Strong track record managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth.
Experience in e-commerce, DTC, retail, fashion, or technology preferred.
Technical Skills
Hands-on mastery of:
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Video, Display)
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Ads
Retargeting & remarketing frameworks
Conversion tracking setup (GTM, API integrations)
Basic understanding of CRO principles & UX optimization
Analytical Skills
Fluent in GA4, Looker Studio, attribution modeling, conversion paths, and cohort analysis.
Ability to translate data into insights, insights into action.
Soft Skills & Mindset
A growth-driven problem solver with strong business acumen.
Strategic thinker capable of zooming out — and executor who knows how to dive in.
Curious, experimental, and comfortable testing unconventional ideas.
Excellent communication skills; English fluency required (additional languages welcome).
