Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram for a Growth Marketing Manager. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies, analyzing marketing performance, managing automation tools, and leading growth-focused projects. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating marketing data, developing and executing campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and collaborating with teams to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Growth Marketing and effective campaign development
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics for performance evaluation
• Experience with Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the healthcare or wellness industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
