About Us At KISAH, we’re redefining ethnicwear for the modern man — blending timeless craftsmanship with bold, contemporary silhouettes for today’s fashion-forward audience across weddings and festive occasions. 💼 Role Description • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for both Amazon IN, US & other international expansions. • Manage and scale campaigns using tools such as AMS, Helium 10, Amazon Pi. • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes. • Track and analyze KPIs including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, and provide actionable insights and optimizations. • Ensure product listings are fully optimized for Amazon SEO including backend search terms, titles, bullet points, and product descriptions. • Collaborate with content, creative, and category teams to ensure listing optimization aligns with ad strategy. • Develop and maintain an efficient budget and bidding strategy, ensuring maximized return on ad spend. • Stay updated on Amazon policy changes, SEO updates, new ad formats, beta tools, and marketplace trends. • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. ✅ What You Bring • Master’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field OR a Bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience. • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience with a demonstrated track record in Amazon advertising. • Proven success in increasing eCommerce revenues via Amazon through both advertising and organic SEO strategies. • Expertise in Amazon SEO best practices including keyword optimization, listing structure, and content relevance. • Proficiency in AMS, Helium 10, Perpetua & Amazon Pi. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative advertising and SEO strategies. • Self motivated strong team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories is a plus. 📩 Interested? Join us in building the future of celebration-wear. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head to lead and scale our Direct-to-Consumer business. This role will be responsible for building a best-in-class online brand experience across our website and future D2C channels, driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and delivering revenue and profitability goals. About the Role: We’re looking for an operations ninja to lead our end-to-end customer experience and last-mile logistics for a fast-growing D2C fashion brand. You'll be the glue between the brand promise and actual delivery – ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, fast, and delightful. Key Responsibilities: Lead post-purchase customer journey: from order confirmation to delivery and returns Manage courier relationships to drive delivery SLAs, performance, and cost efficiency Solve real-time issues around delivery delays, RTOs, cancellations, escalations Own returns, exchange and refunds processes & logistics and ensure seamless experience Drive CSAT/NPS metrics by improving processes and response times Collaborate with warehouse, tech, and customer care teams for issue resolution Analyse ops data and build dashboards to track performance and reduce leakages Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient courier partner management.
