About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head to lead and scale our Direct-to-Consumer business. This role will be responsible for building a best-in-class online brand experience across our website and future D2C channels, driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and delivering revenue and profitability goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the P&L for the D2C channel (Brand Website & D2C-led initiatives)
  • Lead digital strategy across web experience, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, CRM, and customer journey optimization
  • Oversee operations, logistics, customer service, and tech stack integrations
  • Drive growth marketing campaigns and funnel improvements across paid, organic, and owned media
  • Partner with tech, content, and design teams to deliver a high-converting and brand-aligned web experience
  • Analyze data and customer insights to continuously optimize conversion rates, repeat purchases, and CLTV
  • Define and deliver KPIs across traffic, CAC, AOV, Retention, Revenue & Profitability
  • Manage agencies and partners for performance marketing, UX/UI, analytics, etc.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Inventory teams to align supply and demand planning


Reporting

This position will report to the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer


Qualifications


  • 6+ years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce; preferably in a fashion/lifestyle brand
  • Proven success in scaling D2C revenue and improving unit economics
  • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with tools like GA, Shopify, CRM, Meta/Google Ads
  • Understanding of customer journeys, retention, and e-commerce CX best practices

Team player with leadership experience and entrepreneurial mindset

Good to have:

  • Experience with Increff, Shopify, WebEngage, ClickPost or similar tools
  • Knowledge of creative testing, CRO tools, and user research
