Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview: At Kisah, you will be responsible for leading the data efforts as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Your role will involve managing a team of analysts and driving key business insights to support Kisah's growth. You will not only create dashboards but also focus on understanding and leveraging data to solve complex business challenges. Your contributions will be crucial in areas such as demand forecasting, sales analysis, pricing strategies, and inventory planning. By collaborating across departments, you will ensure that data-driven decisions are seamlessly integrated into all aspects of Kisah's operations. Key Responsibilities: - **Data Ecosystem Management:** Oversee the entire data ecosystem of Kisah to ensure clean, accurate, and timely data availability. - **Business Planning Support:** Drive critical business areas including demand forecasting, sales analysis, pricing strategies, new product launches, and stock replenishment planning. - **Insights for Action:** Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business strategies, from category planning to supply chain optimization. - **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with teams across operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies. - **Efficiency Tracking:** Own the efficiency metrics of Kisah's warehouse operations (both in-house and 3PL), such as packing time, handover time, and breach analysis, and drive continuous improvement. - **Data Storytelling:** Create compelling visualizations and reports to clearly communicate insights and trends to key stakeholders. - **Process Optimization:** Work on initiatives like network optimization (right inventory at the right warehouse) and improving customer delivery TAT. Qualifications Required: - **Data Analysis & Problem Solving:** Ability to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to answer key business questions logically. - **SQL & Advanced Excel / Power Query Skills:** Must be hands-on in querying, transforming, and reconciling large datasets from multiple systems. - **ETL Process Understanding (Extract, Transform, Load):** Strong understanding of data pipelines, integrating sources (e.g., marketplaces, ERP, POS). - **Data Visualization (Power BI / Tableau / Looker):** Ability to create clean, insightful dashboards that tell a story rather than just display data. - **Data Modeling & Structuring for Analysis:** Designing logical and scalable models for sales, supply chain, and performance tracking. - **Accuracy & Data Validation Discipline:** High attention to detail ensuring data integrity and resolving mismatches across systems. In addition, you will need to possess soft skills such as analytical curiosity, problem-solving attitude, bias for accuracy, detail orientation, ownership, accountability, learning agility, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
