The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for creating accurate reports and dashboards. A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning are key attributes for success in this role.

Key Competencies -

Strong ability in investigative data analysis to address business questions with a keen eye for accuracy and quality Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks and projects with strong focus on maintaining up-to-date process documents. Enjoys investigating and resolving issues related to data and reporting. Actively seek to enhance reporting skills and learn new tools and technologies. Works well with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and support to workforce management teams.
