As a CRM Specialist at Keka, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and managing our CRM system effectively. Collaborating closely with the Head of Revenue Operations, as well as our sales, marketing, and customer support teams, you will ensure that our CRM system aligns with our business goals and objectives. Your expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM will be pivotal in streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce, particularly in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Ops Hub. - Customizing HubSpot CRM to suit our organization's specific requirements, such as creating custom properties, contact records, and lead scoring models. - Integrating HubSpot CRM with other third-party tools and platforms used by various teams to ensure smooth data flow and communication. - Managing data integrity by overseeing data imports, cleansing, and conducting regular quality checks, while implementing best practices for data organization and storage. - Developing and implementing workflow automations, email marketing automation, and lead-nurturing campaigns within HubSpot CRM to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Generating custom reports and dashboards, analyzing sales and marketing data, and providing actionable insights to the team. - Training team members on HubSpot CRM best practices, guidelines, and new features to maximize user adoption and proficiency. - Continuously optimizing and improving CRM processes, workflows, and configurations to enhance user experience and drive better results. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to CRM users to resolve any issues or challenges they encounter. Additionally, proficiency in other tools such as Ad Platforms, Onboarding tools, Dialer tools, Forecasting tools, Conversation AI platforms, Data warehouse, Product analytics tools, Service and Success tools, and Advanced Excel are preferred. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience as a Hubspot CRM & Salesforce professional with a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities. - Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, lead management, and marketing automation. - Proficiency in data management and data analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - HubSpot CRM certifications (HubSpot Academy) would be a plus.,

In this position, the Customer Planner will provide integral support to facilitate business processes, update systems, ensure data governance and provide reporting that Customer Account Managers can easily understand and use. This role will help liberate Customer Account Managers to spend more time on growing the business and working externally with Customers. Responsibilities . Establish strong collaborative relationship with the Customer Development (Sales) team, in particular the CAMs and Customer Experience Specialists. . Interact with internal stakeholders in the Planning Hub, Finance and Supply Chain . Be proactive and self-motivated to follow up or chase multiple teams for pending information. . Create, update and cancel promotions using the TPM tool using inputs from the CAMs via SONAR App or other communication processes. . Validate promotional details against guardrails and escalate any exceptions against category guidelines or supply freeze periods. . Send request to CAM (Customer Account Manager) to provide the updated details. . Ensure the promotions are finalized in TPM before the promotion is bought in date. . Evaluate and update customer system/portals with activity plans and promotions. . Reconcile and resolve promotion mis-match issues between TPM and retailer portals. . Create promotion nomination form & send to onshore . Customer Experience Specialist to review and share with the customer. . Update the Promotion plan in the customer tracker. . Regular query resolution and proactive communication/escalation . Maintain positive VOC from stakeholders. . Create and prepare regular, timely reports, provide analytics and insight including Central Business Trackers, Performance vs Plan trackers etc . Update Customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) with actuals . Prepare STOP report and compare to JBP . Produce Weekly EPOS data updates and Stockholding reports . Deliver the agreed KPIs / SLAs . Identify problems/issues in day-to-day operations and resolve them proactively . Own, create, update, and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Knowledge Management tools . Ensure regular and timely reporting both for client and Genpact management for Operations review . Highlight and escalate any issues that need attention . Coordinate and resolve issues with excellent customer service . Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal . stakeholder&rsquos enquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications/Skills . Graduate, preferably B. Com . Flexibility to work on any shift Preferred Qualifications/Skills . Very Good Written and Verbal Interpersonal skills . Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel . MIS and/or reporting experience . Fair understanding of upstream and downstream Trade Promotions processes: Trade Claims, Dispatch rate, Demand/supply planning, Logistics, Supply chain, overall understanding of Trade Pay and Deductions . Fluent in English. Proficient oral and written communication skills. . Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams advanced Excel skills . Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, organization skills, and attention to detail . Smart problem solver - generate good ideas and practical solutions . Strong team player, dependable . Able to manage workload effectively and ensure completion of tasks even if a stretch is required . Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask when required . Exposure to consumer goods industry .
