Job Description

1. Growth Strategy & Leadership • Build Kayuras growth roadmap covering awareness, acquisition, retention, and expansion. • Define channel-level KPIs (CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV) and optimize for sustainable growth. • Develop the TOFMOFBOF funnel strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. • Create a growth experimentation framework continuously test, learn, and scale what works. • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging, funnel structure, and ad testing.

2. Paid Performance & Acquisition • Own campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Shopping), YouTube, and TikTok Ads. • Build and test audience segmentation, creative variants, and landing pages for maximum efficiency. • Manage and scale acquisition spend profitably, ensuring ROAS and CAC targets are met or improved. • Leverage attribution and analytics to identify high-impact touchpoints across the funnel.3. Retention, CRM & LTV Growth • Design and optimize lifecycle flows via email, SMS, and loyalty programs (welcome, post-purchase, win-back). • Implement segmentation strategies to personalize communication by customer type and purchase behavior.4. CRO & Website Optimization • Work with Shopify, creative, and product teams to improve conversion rates on PDPs and landing pages. • Drive A/B testing on copy, offers, CTAs, and checkout flows. • Use heatmaps and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to identify and fix drop-offs in the funnel. • Build data-backed hypotheses for improving onsite performance and AOV.5. Channel Expansion & Marketplace Growth • Lead growth and advertising strategy for Amazon Marketplace optimize listings, SEO, and ads (SP/SB/DSP). • Manage pricing parity, inventory alignment, and content consistency across D2C and Amazon. • Identify new growth channels affiliates, influencer partnerships, referral programs, and retail pilots. • Evaluate and onboard new tools or agencies to unlock incremental growth.6. International Expansion • Plan and execute growth playbooks for new geographies (India, other target markets). • Localize audiences, messaging, and creative to suit cultural and behavioral nuances. • Partner with logistics and ops to ensure readiness for cross-border fulfillment and compliance.7. Analytics, Reporting & Insights • Maintain a unified growth dashboard tracking performance across all channels (paid + owned + marketplace). • Monitor daily/weekly KPIs — CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, retention. • Present insights and recommendations to CMO and leadership with clarity and context. • Use data to drive decisions — not just report numbers.
