Job Description

Formulation Development:
Lead the development of innovative nutraceutical products designed for the skin care and wellness markets.
Formulate and optimize supplements, functional foods, and other nutraceuticals with an emphasis on skin health, anti-aging, and overall wellness.
Work closely with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure formulations are scalable and meet market needs.
Conduct stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing to ensure the final product delivers the desired results.
Ingredient Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Collaborate with ingredient suppliers to source high-quality, sustainable, and effective ingredients.
Ensure ingredient selection meets all regulatory requirements and aligns with brand values (e.g., cruelty-free, organic, non-GMO).
Evaluate the latest ingredients, formulations, and delivery systems for skin care and wellness products.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to translate consumer needs and market insights into innovative product solutions.
Collaborate with clinical and medical experts to validate product claims and conduct efficacy studies.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on new formulations, benefits, and key selling points.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of products, from initial concept through formulation, testing, production, and market launch.
Manage product testing and quality control to ensure the safety and effectiveness of final products.
Monitor product performance and lead efforts for product improvements or adjustments as needed.
