Entri App: Telugu Academic Counselor Role Description: Dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the Ed-tech industry. Passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Skilled in identifying customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and closing deals. Ready to leverage expertise to contribute to the success of Entri.App. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Entri.App's features and benefits. Manage the entire sales process from lead calling to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on sales performance to management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in Ed-tech. Any graduates/diploma/post graduates can apply. Fluent in Telugu & English. Should have an Android mobile phone. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth High level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed Job Location: Remote (On-site training at Bengaluru office for 1 week - Free Accommodation) Salary : Basic pay + Attractive incentives + Mobile bill reimbursement. Working days: 6 working days (1 rotational off day) Working hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Please note: working hours are flexible)
