Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hands-on Marketing + Growth role designed for a performance-driven professional who can manage large ad budgets, run high-velocity funnels, and directly drive qualified pipeline.
In the initial phase, the role includes hybrid sales responsibilities until the pipeline reaches consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth
Own end-to-end ABM and performance marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Initially with a limited budget, deliver 8–10 MQL/day, maintaining CPL aligned with industry benchmarks.
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across all funnel stages.
Build high-conversion landing pages, funnels, and CRO systems.
Run weekly A/B tests and ensure zero funnel leakage.
Strategy & Analytics
Build data-backed growth roadmaps and attribution models.
Track, analyse, and report on MQL → SQL uplift (15–20% monthly target).
Deep understanding and use of GA4, Looker Studio, UTMs, heatmaps, etc.
Develop content & creative strategy in collaboration with internal teams.
ABM & B2B Marketing
Set up and manage ABM strategies for high-value ICPs.
Align marketing messaging with client pain points and funnel stages.
Hybrid Sales Responsibilities (Initial Phase)
Handle inbound discovery calls and close early-stage clients.
Initially drive ₹20–25 lakh inbound pipeline monthly.
Train SDRs on scripts, pitch, messaging, and closing frameworks.
Work directly with the Business Head on revenue and hiring decisions.
Transition to a pure marketing leadership role once targets stabilise.
Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
Preferred institutes: IIM, MICA, NMIMS, XIC, ISB, SP Jain.
6–10 years experience in Growth/Performance Marketing.
Must have worked at top agencies or high-growth SaaS companies:
Dentsu, WPP, Publicis, Performics, Schbang, Webenza, Kinnect, etc.
Proven experience managing ₹10L–₹2Cr monthly ad budgets.
Demonstrated success generating high-intent MQLs at target CPL.
