As a Social Media Associate, you will help us bring brands to life online through content, campaigns, and influencer collaborations. You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure everything we put out is sharp, relatable, and built for growth. What you will do • Write and edit copy for posts, captions, and stories across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X • Support in creating scripts and concepts for reels, shorts, and influencer collaborations • Assist in planning and executing campaigns that align with brand positioning • Coordinate with influencers on briefs, communication, and content approvals • Track social media performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements • Research trending formats, memes, and conversations to keep our content fresh • Work with design, video, and motion teams to deliver engaging posts and campaigns • Repurpose influencer and brand content into ads, stories, and other social formats • Explore and apply AI tools to make content production faster and smarter What we are looking for: 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing Strong understanding of how Gen Z and Millennials engage with social content Good writing skills in English and Hindi with the ability to adapt to different tones Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms Experience in content creation and strong understanding of key social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit Ability to multitask and deliver within tight deadlines Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
