Growth Marketing Lead

Simplify Money is seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for India's first AI-powered personal finance app for GenZ. This role will own the end-to-end growth strategy, working directly with the Foudner to achieve ambitious targets in user growth, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

  : Comprehensive growth strategy, data-driven marketing plans, collaborate with product and tech teams to implement growth features etc.

• User Acquisition

  : Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategy, manage influencer and partnership strategies, create and optimize conversion funnels etc.

• Engagement & Retention

  : Design engagement loops that drive habit formation, implement gamification mechanics and personalized communication strategies etc

• Brand & Content

  : Execute the "Fun with Finance" brand positioning across touchpoints, create experiential marketing initiatives that build emotional connection, social media presence etc

• Analytics & Optimization

  : Conduct regular cohort analyses to identify opportunities, execute A/B tests to optimize conversion and derive actionable insights from user behavior data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or consumer finance product/mobile apps.
• Understanding of GenZ consumer behavior and preferences along with gamification mechanics and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with the Indian digital ecosystem and marketing channels and track record of driving user acquisition and retention at scale.
• Experience with performance marketing, content strategy, brand development & positioning, and community building.
• Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing methodologies and deep understanding of funnel optimization and user journey mapping.
