Senior UX(Product) Designer (Contract ~3 Months)

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our mobile application. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand the needs of the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. 

Responsibilities

• Prototyping & Mockups

  : Create high-level prototypes, mockups, and user journeys.

• Mobile Design

  : Design mobile application interfaces.

• Visual Design Tools

  : Utilize software like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools to design elements for the product.

• Visual Design Concepts

  : Apply basic understanding of typography, layouts, icons, images, color palettes, and design theory.

• Innovative Design

  : Develop creative designs for mobile apps, websites, and social media platforms.

• Design Standards

  : Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work.

• Video Editing

  : Edit long-form and short-form videos (a plus).
• Share samples of work that demonstrate your experience in creating user-centered design solutions

Engagement

Engage with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Leverage user testing to make product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design.
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools.
• Experience in a highly Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a startup environment.
