This role will own the end-to-end growth strategy, working directly with the Foudner to achieve ambitious targets in user growth, retention, and revenue. Familiarity with the Indian digital ecosystem and marketing channels and track record of driving user acquisition and retention at scale. Experience with performance marketing, content strategy, brand development & positioning, and community building. Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing methodologies and deep understanding of funnel optimization and user journey mapping.
