Role Overview
Growth Manager - D2C
You will collaborate with internal teams(design, content, product,sales) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to ensure Caresmith’s marketing efforts are consistent, impactful, and measurable.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and continuously refine the
brand positioning, tonality, and narrative
to resonate with Caresmith’s audience.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to inform strategy.
- Develop annual and quarterly
brand marketing plans
, aligning with business objectives and revenue goals. - Identify opportunities for
new product launches
, partnerships, and campaigns that strengthen brand relevance.
Creative Communication Development
- Own the
creative direction
for all campaigns— from concept to execution. - Work with designers, writers, and video teams to create
360° brand campaigns
across digital, social, and offline channels. - Ensure all marketing communication is
consistent with brand guidelines
and delivers a unifiedbrand experience.
- Develop compelling copy and storytelling for ads, socialmedia, website, email, packaging, and PR initiatives.
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Lead
performance marketingstrategy
across paid media channels — Meta, Google, Influencer campaigns, and affiliates. - Set clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and monitor campaign performance.
- Work to
optimize budgets and maximize ROI
. - Run A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build a data-driven culture by sharing insights with leadership on campaign learnings and performance trends.
- Build the companies retention flywheel with CRM & retention campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to ensure RTO is managed at the target ROAS
Content & Social Media Management
- Oversee the
content calendar
and ensure an always-onsocial media presence. - Work with the socialmedia team to deliver contentthat is
creative, educational, and community-focused
. - Identify opportunities for
UGC, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships
to drive engagement. - Driving SEO initiatives and building up organic SEO
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the
Product team
to align marketing with product roadmaps and feature launches. - Work with
Content teams
to develop campaigns that boost sell-through and D2C performance. - Liaise with external agencies for creative, PR, and influencer outreach.
Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
- Own the
marketing budget
, ensuring optimal allocation across channels. - Prepare monthly and quarterly
marketing performance reports
for leadership. - Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, CRM dashboards, and BI tools for actionable insights.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor junior marketers, content creators, and interns.
- Build a culture of
innovation, accountability, and learning
within the marketing function. - Conduct regular reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops to upskill the team.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 5–7 years of experience in
brand marketing, digitalmarketing, or growth marketing
, preferably in D2C or consumer brands. - Strong understanding of
performance marketing platforms
(Meta Ads, Google Ads). - Exceptional skills in
strategic thinking, creativeideation, and storytelling
. - Solid grasp of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Suite, CRM dashboards) and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
