Job Overview: As the D2C Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our direct-toconsumer business by managing and optimizing our website, executing performance marketing campaigns, and developing retention strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and foster long-term customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Website Optimization: - Lead website growth by optimizing user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and site performance to increase traffic and conversions. - Ensure seamless website functionality, including landing page optimization and A/B testing. - Collaborate with the design and tech teams to improve the site's usability, speed, and mobile responsiveness. Performance Marketing: - Manage and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels (paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and increase ROI. - Develop and manage budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and budget optimization. - Monitor key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA) to ensure campaigns meet business objectives. - Lead paid media strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Retention & Engagement: - Develop and implement retention strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, customer re-engagement campaigns, and personalized offers. - Use customer data and analytics to create targeted campaigns that increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn. - Work closely with the customer support and CRM teams to enhance post-purchase engagement and satisfaction. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance to optimize conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement. - Continuously test and iterate marketing strategies based on data insights and customer feedback. - Track and report on key metrics related to growth, retention, and performance, and make adjustments as necessary. Collaboration & Strategy: - Collaborate with the creative, product, and tech teams to align marketing campaigns with the brand's objectives and ensure effective execution. - Develop and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies across all digital touchpoints. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance advertising, and customer retention. Qualification & Skills: - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or growth role, focusing on website optimization, performance marketing, and customer retention for D2C brands. - Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). - Expertise in website and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. - Experience with A/B testing, web analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and data-driven decision-making. - Familiarity with email marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies. - Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with measurable results. - Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on growth and ROI.
