Hiring for Growth Manager - D2C at Ahmedabad

Position :: Growth Manager - D2C
Experience : 5–7 years in D2C growth, especially with beauty, personal care, or electronics brands (bonus for those with both segments).
Education :: Any
Location :: Nr Bopal - Ahmedabad
Salary :: Up to 10 LPA - Depends on interview

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute full-funnel D2C strategies focused on both beauty products and electronic beauty devices (e.g., straighteners, massagers).

Set clear KPIs and OKRs for growth, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention, and revenue.

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

Optimize paid media (social, SEM, affiliates) campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and beauty channels.

Leverage data to drive conversions for both consumable beauty products and higher-ticket devices.

Cultivate partnerships with marketplaces and performance-driven retailers (e.g., Nykaa, Amazon).

Retention & CRM

Lead email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription strategies to drive frequency of purchase across product categories.

Implement win-back programs, upsell/cross-sell campaigns (e.g., accessories or refill products).

Digital & Growth Analytics

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards) to monitor funnel performance and customer behavior.

A/B test landing pages, messaging, pricing, bundles, and promotions tailored to segment-specific needs.

Product Collaboration

Collaborate on go-to-market launches (e.g. new devices like Airsleek) and consumable lines, ensuring alignment in messaging and value proposition.

Budgeting & ROI Management

Manage multi-channel marketing budgets; continuously assess ROI and channel contribution.

Anticipate and manage unit economics differences between low-margin consumables vs. higher-margin electronics.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work with operations (fulfillment, customer support) to ensure seamless D2C experience.

Engage with creative/content teams to build compelling product storytelling and brand ethos.
