Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Associate to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will gain exposure to every step of the product journey from idea to launch and contribute to building products that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities: • Support the end-to-end product development process from concept to commercialization. • Assist in developing formulations, conducting lab trials, and optimizing recipes. • Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Procurement, Production, Marketing) to ensure smooth scale-up and launches. • Conduct market research and benchmarking for new product ideas. • Document formulations, trials, and results accurately and systematically. • Participate in sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards during trials. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in product development or R&D. • Strong understanding of ingredients, processing technologies, and formulation basics. • Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and basic lab practices. • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally. • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Role Overview Were looking for a Junior Videographer to work closely with our Director of Photography on shoots for Troovys ads and content. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about visual storytelling and keen to learn the craft of commercial filmmaking. What Youll Do Assist the DP in setting up and executing shots for Troovys product ads, brand films, and social media content. Handle basic camera operations: framing, focus pulling, exposure, and white balance. Set up and adjust lighting under guidance, ensuring consistency across scenes. Capture b-roll footage for ads, behind-the-scenes reels, and quick social edits. Organize and manage equipment before and after shoots. Support in basic file management and transferring footage after shoots. What Were Looking For Familiarity with camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed) and basic lighting techniques. Understanding of shot composition and storytelling through visuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
