School Engagement & Nutrition Lead

As a dynamic professional leading Troovy Foods" School Engagement Program, your role will involve planning, organizing, and conducting interactive sessions in schools to educate children about food, nutrition, and healthy snacking. You will be the face of Troovy in schools, representing the mission with authenticity and credibility. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging formats such as workshops, games, talks, and challenges to make nutrition fun and relatable for children aged 6-12. Building strong relationships with school stakeholders and collaborating with nutritionists and educators to design child-friendly learning material will be essential. You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all school sessions, capturing feedback to refine the program, tracking session outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align school programs with brand campaigns. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to expand Troovy's presence across new schools, cities, and educational networks. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in education, FMCG activations, nutrition advocacy, or community engagement. - Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with kids, teachers, and parents. - Passionate about children's health and nutrition. - Prior experience in school programs, workshops, or CSR activations is a plus. - High energy, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently.,
