We’re on a mission to reinvent snacks so children never have to settle between “tasty” and “healthy.” As part of this mission, we’re taking Troovy to schools, creating engaging sessions that spark curiosity about nutrition and empower kids to make smarter food choices.

School Engagement Program


Role Overview:

  • Lead School Engagements

    : Plan, organize, and conduct interactive sessions in schools around food, nutrition, and healthy snacking.
  • Brand Advocacy

    : Act as the face of Troovy in schools, representing our mission with authenticity, energy, and credibility.
  • Program Design

    : Develop engaging formats (workshops, games, talks, challenges) that make nutrition fun and relatable for children aged 6–12.
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and parent associations to expand reach.
  • Content & Curriculum

    : Collaborate with nutritionists, educators, and the marketing team to design child-friendly learning material.
  • On-ground Execution

    : Ensure seamless execution of all school sessions including logistics, product demos, and engagement activities.
  • Feedback & Insights

    : Capture feedback from students, teachers, and parents to refine the program and feed into product/brand strategy.
  • Reporting & Impact Measurement

    : Track session outcomes, participation levels, and brand impact across schools.
  • Team Collaboration

    : Work closely with marketing, PR, and operations teams to align school programs with larger brand campaigns.
  • Scale & Growth

    : Identify opportunities to expand Troovy’s presence across new schools, cities, and educational networks.


Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in 

    education, FMCG activations, nutrition advocacy, or community engagement

    .
  • Strong 

    presentation & communication skills

     — comfortable engaging with kids, teachers, and parents.
  • Passionate about 

    children’s health & nutrition

    .
  • Prior experience in 

    school programs, workshops, or CSR activations

     a plus.
  • High energy, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently.
