Role Overview:

• Ideate and produce bottom-funnel content

  (ads, landing pages, emails, product explainers, testimonials).
• Manage and execute 

  content shoots end-to-end

   — from brief to final delivery.
• Translate brand narratives into performance-ready assets for Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Work closely with the performance team to ensure timely deliverables and optimized creatives.
• Track content performance, iterate quickly, and test new formats.
• Manage external creators, editors, and designers where needed.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or D2C.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and content’s role in driving them.
• A mix of 

  creative storytelling

   and 

  analytical mindset

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with agility.
