Role Overview:

PR & Communications Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Brand Manager in executing Troovy’s PR strategy across campaigns and events.
2. Coordinate and align with PR agency partners to ensure timely deliverables and consistent messaging.
3. Track PR calendars, coverage, and campaign outcomes; maintain regular reporting dashboards.
4. Spot cultural, digital, and media trends and suggest ideas to keep Troovy relevant in conversations.
5. Draft PR communication pieces (press notes, backgrounders, FAQs, talking points).
6. Assist in organizing press outreach, influencer seeding, and brand events.
7. Monitor competitor and industry news to identify proactive PR opportunities.
8. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, bloggers, and influencers.
9. Ensure brand consistency across all external communications.
10. Be the go-to problem solver for PR execution — quick, resourceful, and proactive.

What are we looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (internship experience counts).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A natural go-getter with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Highly trend-savvy — keeps an eye on pop culture, news cycles, and social chatter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for FMCG / food brands is a plus.
