Role Overview

Graphic Designer at Troovy


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design development across

    digital (social media, ads, website, email)

    ,

    physical (packaging, retail POS, merch)

    , and

    experiential (events, activations)

    .
  • Own and evolve Troovy’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across channels while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, and Creative teams to translate briefs into designs that are consumer-first and campaign-worthy.
  • Adapt designs swiftly for multiple formats/platforms while maintaining quality and nuance.
  • Balance strategic design thinking with hands-on execution; iterate and deliver.
  • Keep a finger on design trends, kid/parent-centric communication, and D2C brand playbooks.


Experience & Skills

Must-have (2–4 years):

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Demonstrated experience in

    packaging + digital brand design

    (portfolio is a must).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sensitivity to color, typography, illustration, and layout that speaks to modern D2C consumers.


Good-to-have:

  • FMCG or consumer brand experience.
  • Motion design/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, Canva motion).
  • Photography or art direction exposure.
