About Troovy:

Troovy is on a mission to make healthy food fun for kids. We’re now building creator-led content engines to spark conversations and engagement at the top of the funnel. To make this happen, we’re looking for a creator-first, trend-savvy social media manager who loves ideating, shooting, and being part of the content game.

Role Overview:

You’ll manage Troovy’s creator accounts end-to-end — from strategy and content planning to shoots and publishing. You’ll work closely with our creators (and sometimes be one yourself!) to make snackable, high-energy content that moms, kids, and families love to engage with.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of Troovy’s creator-led accounts.
2. Ideate and script content ideas aligned with trends, cultural moments, and Troovy’s brand voice.
3. Work closely with creators: coordinate shoots, guide performance, and ensure timely outputs.
4. Occasionally feature in content yourself — being comfortable in front of the camera.
5. Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and formats to keep content fresh and viral.
6. Build friendly, trust-based relationships with kids (and parents, when needed) to create authentic, fun content.
7. Manage shoot logistics end-to-end (locations, props, schedules, etc.).
8. Collaborate with design, performance, and brand teams to align content with larger campaigns.
9. Track performance of content and optimize based on insights.
10. Be a cultural sponge — always on the lookout for the next big thing on Instagram, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What are we looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, creator management, or content production.
• Super social-media savvy; knows Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reels inside out.
• Strong creative instincts with a love for storytelling and short-form video.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera when needed.
• Great with kids and able to create a fun, safe, and collaborative vibe on shoots.
• Prior experience with D2C/FMCG brands or creator-led content is a plus.
