Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize

    Google Ads campaigns

    (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Manage and scale

    Meta Ads campaigns

    focusing on lead generation, eCommerce conversions, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Handle

    eCommerce performance campaigns

    , including product ads, catalog sales, ROAS optimization, and funnel strategies.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using

    Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite

    , and other analytics tools.
  • Implement and manage

    conversion tracking, pixels, events, and tags

    for accurate reporting and performance measurement.
  • Execute

    A/B testing

    on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, product pages, and audience targeting to improve ROI and ROAS.
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels for

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    .
  • Prepare and present

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    with actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate directly with clients

    to understand requirements, share performance updates, manage expectations, and suggest growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with

    design, content, sales, and development teams

    to align campaigns with business and client goals.Research industry trends, competitors, benchmarks, and best practices in

    B2B, IT services, and eCommerce marketing

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum cost efficiency across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience

    in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in

    lead generation for IT services / B2B businesses

    .
  • Experience handling

    eCommerce ad campaigns

    with a strong understanding of sales funnels and ROAS.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console

    .
  • Experience with

    remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copies and guide creative direction.
  • Good understanding of

    landing page optimization and conversion funnels

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and client coordination skills

    .Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Ads

  • Basic knowledge of

    SEO

  • Experience with CRM and automation tools like

    HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
