About the Role

Performance Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and other digital platforms.
Conduct
keyword research
, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Support the creation of
ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
in collaboration with the design and content teams.
Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare performance reports using tools such as
Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel
.
Help run
A/B tests
on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Track and report on
marketing KPIs
, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Assist with budget pacing and campaign optimization to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications
, or related field.
Basic understanding of
paid advertising platforms
(Google, Facebook, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
; familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
A passion for digital marketing, performance-driven strategies, and growth.
