Role & responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across channels including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, UAC, Affiliates, and Programmatic. Define and execute acquisition funnels for customers and merchants on Qcomm. Work with leadership to set CAC, LTV, ROI, and growth targets. Campaign Execution Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ads for acquisition, retention, remarketing, and onboarding. Own budget allocation, pacing, and daily performance tracking. Implement A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages. Analytics & Reporting Build dashboards and interpret data to generate actionable insights. Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership. Track full-funnel metrics including impressions, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, and cohort behavior. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with content, design, and product teams to improve ad performance and landing page experience. Collaborate with sales/merchant teams for city-level and category-level growth. Tools & Platforms Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Branch), GA4, CRM/automation tools, and data visualization platforms. Required Skills & Experience 36+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Quick commerce , e-commerce, or marketplace preferred). Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns with strong ROI. Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, and analytics funnels. Deep experience with paid search, paid social, UAC, and remarketing. Excellent analytical, Excel/Sheets, and dashboarding skills. Creativity in testing new audiences, creatives, and experiments. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
