Performance Marketer

Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across channels including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, UAC, Affiliates, and Programmatic.
  
• Define and execute acquisition funnels for customers and merchants on Qcomm.
  
• Work with leadership to set CAC, LTV, ROI, and growth targets.
  

Campaign Execution

• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ads for acquisition, retention, remarketing, and onboarding.
  
• Own budget allocation, pacing, and daily performance tracking.
  
• Implement A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
  
• Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
  
• Track full-funnel metrics including impressions, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, and cohort behavior.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with content, design, and product teams to improve ad performance and landing page experience.
  
• Collaborate with sales/merchant teams for city-level and category-level growth.
  

Tools & Platforms

• Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Branch), GA4, CRM/automation tools, and data visualization platforms.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 36+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Quick commerce , e-commerce, or marketplace preferred).
  
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns with strong ROI.
  
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, and analytics funnels.
  
• Deep experience with paid search, paid social, UAC, and remarketing.
  
• Excellent analytical, Excel/Sheets, and dashboarding skills.
  
• Creativity in testing new audiences, creatives, and experiments.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
