Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads:

• Setup & optimise campaigns (Lead Gen, Conversions, Remarketing, Traffic)
• Monitor daily KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)
• Manage audiences, A/B testing, and campaign hygiene

Google Ads:

• Run Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing campaigns
• Keyword research, negative keywords, bid optimisation
• Work with GA4, Google Ads dashboard & analytics tools

General Responsibilities:

• Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with designers & content team for creatives
• Maintain tracking, UTMs, and platform best practices
• Support the Performance Lead in execution & optimisation tasks

Required Skills

• 2–3 years experience in both Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of algorithms, bidding & optimisation
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Knowledge of pixels, events, GTM & tracking (basic level)
• Good communication & coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
