Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement video and text content strategies to

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish engaging content for various digital
• platforms.
• Content Distribution: Manage and optimise content across social media and
• websites.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice.
• SEO Analytics: Monitor website traffic and user engagement; optimise content
• based on data.
• Team Management: Lead and train a team of writers, designers, and marketers.
• Compliance: Ensure content meets legal and copyright standards.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors and trends to generate new content ideas.
• Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content publication for consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media trends, and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor a content team.
• Knowledge of copyright and data protection laws.
