Job Overview We are seeking a fresher Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operations Officer at Kuberans Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in Andheri, Mumbai. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently handle document creation, data analysis, and presentations. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and facilitate smooth interactions. Proficient in presentation preparation to assist with developing engaging and informative content. Effective document management skills to organize, track, and maintain important files and records. Competency in meeting coordination to schedule, organize, and manage appointments and conferences. Experience in travel coordination for arranging and managing travel plans and itineraries. Expertise in email management (Mandatory skill) to organize and prioritize communications for the COO. Ability to handle administrative tasks while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
