About the Company


We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with 3YRS+ years of hands-on experience in running, optimising, and analysing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and conversions for IT services, ensuring strong ROI across all paid campaigns.

Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience groups.
  • Track and report campaign insights, including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and overall ROI.
  • Work with content and design teams to create engaging ad copies and graphics.
  • Set up proper tracking mechanisms using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM tags, etc.
  • Optimise landing pages for higher conversions in coordination with the development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in paid marketing.
  • Manage monthly budgets and ensure effective cost utilisation.


Qualifications


  • 3YRS years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and lead generation funnels.
  • Experience in running campaigns for IT services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Required Skills
